Police Legacies have been supporting Police Families across Australia for 54 years, and now we are coming together nationally to honour this legacy of care. On 17 June this year - and all years going forward - we will honour all police who serve our community, and the families who uphold their memory with strength and pride.

National Police Remembrance Day

29 September marks National Police Remembrance Day, an annual event that commemorates the service and sacrifice of the members of the NSW Police Force who have lost their lives in the line of duty since the formation of the NSW Police Force in 1862.
Graeme Donnelly Cup 2017

The 5th annual Graeme Donnelly Cup Fundraiser was held on Sunday 24 September 2017 at the Collegians Club Sports oval. The cup honours the lives of Chief Inspector Graeme Donnelly, Sergeant Nick Skomarow, Sergeant Col Stevenson, Senior Constable Ray Schuberg, Detective Steve Tier, Sergeant Bernie Doyle and Senior Constable Pat Carney. These officers are missed everyday but will never be forgotten.
Blue Ribbon Ball 2017

The 2017 Blue Ribbon Ball was held on 23 September at the Sydney International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour. The new Ballroom provided spectacular views of Darling Harbour and Sydney’s sparkling skyline. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with close to 800 guests making it our biggest Blue Ribbon Ball to date.
Bill Crews Cup

Each year members of the NSW police community compete in the annual Bill Crews Cup, held in honour of Detective Constable William “Bill” Crews, who died on 9 September, 2010. Throughout the years the Bill Crews Cup has successfully raised in excess of $35,000 for NSW Police Legacy, helping further support the wider NSW Police family and establish the Detective Constable William Crews VA Memorial Scholarship.
