Welcome Kellie Cooper

June 2019

Please give a warm welcome to Kellie Cooper, the new Chief Operating Officer of NSW Police Legacy. As some of you are aware, Kellie has been sitting in the big chair for a few months now, getting an inside view on who we are and what we do, and we are delighted that she will be leading the organisation into the future.

Kellie is well versed in the world of policing, having spent 25 years in various roles in the NSW Police Force. She has worked in Local Area Commands, Human Resource Services Command, and Education and Training Command. To support her role she has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and sub-majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She grew up in Bathurst and now lives at Kellyville with her husband, her daughter who started high school this year, and, intermittently, her 22-year-old stepson (when he's not busy working or travelling for work). The sharp-eyed among you might have already spotted her in the Annual Report, as she has been a long time member of the Wall to Wall Ride for Remembrance committee.

We wish her the warmest of welcomes, and look forward to this next chapter of NSW Police Legacy.
